Employees request work flights and hotels, one admin approves them against travel policy, and approved trips are booked automatically on the company card.

    Employees search flights and hotels exactly as they do on the leisure site, then request approval instead of booking.

    Approve
    One admin reviews every request in a single queue. Travel policy rules flag a request; they never block it.
  3. Step 3
    Auto-book
    An approved trip is re-priced and booked automatically on the company card. There is no manual booking step.
